We are constantly struggling to find the reasons for our existence through various scientific and philosophical approaches. But as we progress in our discoveries, we often end up rejecting our previous conclusions.
Modern scientific methods have certainly brought innovations and transformation, yet one question has disturbed humanity for thousands of years:
“Who am I? Who created this existence?”
Yogic Understanding of Existence
According to the yogic tradition, your body and existence are reflections of the universe. All the answers lie within your deeper self. Therefore, the inward journey of seeking is the only true path of discovery.
We must understand the meaning of the word Yog (or Yoga). The word itself means divine union or ultimate amalgamation.
Paths of Yoga
There are several paths to reach this union:
Karma Yog – Seeking the ultimate truth through selfless work
Jnana Yog – Discriminating between ego and true knowledge
Raj Yog – Mastering the body and five senses to become one with the Divine
Bhakti Yog – The path of complete surrender and devotion
Though these paths are distinct, they are deeply interconnected. No yogic practice can be pursued with a rigid mindset. A Raj Yogi must have the essence of Bhakti, and a Bhakti devotee must embody the wisdom of Jnana Yog.
The Heart of Raj Yog: Kriya Yog
Kriya Yog is a doctrine of Raj Yog—its very heart. The word Raj means to rule.
When you learn to rule over your body, mind, and soul—with complete command over your five senses—you gain mastery over any aspect of existence. Through this mastery, you begin to understand the design and engineering of divine creation.
By penetrating the subtle dimensions of the chakras, and using breath as a catalyst, the seeker invokes the Kundalini Shakti, the primal force of life.
In simpler terms, Kriya Yog is a technology—a precise method using breathwork, bandhas (yogic locks), and mudras (gestures)—to awaken the dormant spiritual energy within.
The Power of Practice
With regular Kriya Yog practice, the practitioner can easily overcome physical and mental disorders.
The journey becomes truly fascinating when one begins to experience transformation beyond the limitations of body and mind. So many possibilities begin to unfold.
This is not “supernatural”—because the idea of what is natural is itself relative.
Your preconceived notions of time, space, and reality will be challenged, yet Kriya Yog will offer profound clarity. It strengthens your self-healing capacity and enhances your aura to an extraordinary degree.
Cleansing and Longevity
Kriya Yog is a powerful cleansing process—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Toxins are regularly flushed out of the system, helping delay aging and degeneration.
Kriya Yog in the Yogic Texts
According to the Patanjali Yog Sutras by Maharishi Patanjali, Kriya Yog consists of three key components:
Tapas – Self-discipline and inner fire
Swadhyaya – Self-study and introspection
Ishwar Pranidhan – Surrender to a higher consciousness
Ancient and Eternal
Kriya Yog is so ancient that it is difficult to separate its history from mythology.
Sanatan spiritual knowledge was preserved orally for centuries, as written documentation was discouraged. That’s why we lack written proof of Kriya Yog before 200 BCE.
However, as Kriya Yogis, we understand—it is much older.
Lineage of Masters
Many great sages have poured the nectar of their sadhana into this sacred practice:
Mahabahu Rudranaad Baba
Agastya Rishi
Maharishi Patanjali
Bogar Rishi
Mahavatar Babaji
Guru Gorakhnath
Kalagni Nath
Guru Kanif Nath
Through Guru Parampara, the Kriya is continually refined and upgraded based on the realization and inner research of each enlightened master.

A Universe of Sound
As a Kriya Yogi, you must understand— This divine creation is based on musical resonance.
When you are in sync with this eternal song, you reach a state of ecstasy.
All mental and material problems stem from being out of tune with the cosmic rhythm.
Stagnant water begins to stink or evaporate. So too does a stagnant life.
Kriya tunes your system to vibrate with the eternal song.
The journey of a seeker is like a river flowing toward the ocean, quenching the thirst of many along the way.
Healing Through Presence
The words and presence of a Kriya Yogi can bring healing. When a Kriya Yogi speaks, his words carry the energy of mantra, and easily manifest their intention.
Kriya Yog liberates you from the burden of rigid knowledge and awakens a supreme satisfaction—a joy that flows unendingly.
Kriya Yog: The Inner Motion
Kriya means to set yourself in sacred motion. It is a journey inward—toward self-realisation.
Upgrade your life through the grace of Kriya Yog.
