Our Philosophy

The philosophy of the Rudranad Foundation is rooted in two ancient spiritual pillars—'Trika Shaivism' and 'Kriya Yoga'—where, per the 'Advaita' principle, one realizes that the Shiva element resides within every soul. Keeping spirituality away from commercialism, the center offers everyone a chance to awaken their inner energy through 'Free Kriya Yoga' practice. This center believes in the principles of 'Svatantryavada' and 'Pratibimbavada'; according to which the entire universe is a manifestation of Shiva's free will (Svatantrya), and just as a reflection appears in a mirror, this world is reflected within Shiva's consciousness
